Product Description:  The Big Little Book was born in 1932 with the first contract being with Walt Disney.  This early Mickey Mouse, The Detective was copyrighted in 1934, only two years later.   This collectible features colorized graphics on the exterior cover with a black print story-line and black and white cartoons.  This was the first appearance of Dippy Dawg who later was Goofy.

There are 3 areas of  cuts" in the side of the pages (as shown) which may interfere with a word or cartoon at the side of the page. The last page(s) in this book list The Big Little Books in this series.  It is stuck or adhered to the inside back cover. It appears there may be approximately 3 pages missing in that area, listing the series of books. Recommended as a collectible and to be handled with care.
