Antique Blue and White Salt Glazed Stoneware Pitcher 8" Fruit Pattern

Description: This early salt glazed stoneware pitcher will display beautifully in your kitchen. It stands 8” tall with straight sides and an embossed two sided fruit motif, cherries, apricots or peaches. The background has additional raised decoration with what appears to be stems and leaves which branch out from the fruit. Blended shades of light and medium blue with grayish white makes this a decorative piece of stoneware. Although this pitcher is not perfect, with damage and no longer can hold liquid, displaying with faux flowers or as it stands will add beauty to any room.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is considered fair. "Display Purposes Only". Inside is clean. Handle is strong. One  ½” chip on top, inside of rim and appears to be an attempt of a repair with glaze or other. One 4 ½” crack on bottom base which begins at the end and goes across the base. No signs of weakness and still appears to be strong although “cannot hold liquid” and will leak at base.
