Description: An early salt glazed stoneware beer bottle from the 19th century by J.A. Lomax, Chicago Illinois. It stands 7 ½” tall with incised advertising on the front along with a cobalt blue wash stroke on two sides.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Over 120 years old. Condition considered good. Advertising still in good condition. Two vertical, thin lines are noticeable on lip of bottle. One appears to be a seam line or in the making as it is glazed over. Other may be a hairline crack, although not certain. Still super solid. Please review photographs. Glaze wear and chippy on top lip and base. Most of base is unglazed either from wear or not glazed properly in the making.
