Product Description: An early, salt glazed stoneware pitcher. A heavy and sturdy piece of pottery standing 7 inches tall and can hold up to 2 quarts of liquid. A sweet Dutch Boy and Girl Kissing pattern with a windmill in the background is featured in blue on two sides Nice earlier piece of stoneware pottery to decorate and accent your home.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Consistent with age and use. No cracks and does hold water. Discolored crazing is present on base and interior bottom. Small chips are present on inner edge of rim and under spout. At one point this pitcher may have been used to hold kitchen utensils. Base has either an earlier glaze chip or glaze was missed in the making causing premature aging and discoloration of unglazed area (as shown). Small glaze chip on inside wall. Blue paint marks on inner wall from the making, possibly finger prints. On one side, the Dutch girls head and arm is missing color. It appears to be in the making as it seems as though it is glazed over, although not certain.
