Antique Country Store Mercantile Storage Container Large 14 1/2" Red Exterior Green Interior
Description: Earlier on, this interesting storage container may have once been used in a country or general store. Standing 14 ½ inches tall, in cylinder form, it features a wooden base and a bentwood band on the top and bottom rim which is secured by staples, round nails and rivets. The body appears to be made of cardboard with a red covering. Inside you will find green walls with earlier tissue paper blanketing the bottom. Surprisingly, this container still retains its original wooden lid with handle. A unique, special storage container that displays exceptional.
