Antique RS Prussia Syrup Pitcher with Lid Pink Roses Scalloped Rim
Product Description: An exquisite Syrup Pitcher with matching lid by R.S. Prussia, Germany from the earlier 1900s. This delicate piece is decorated with a lithographic pink rose transfer. Take notice of the soft, pink roses with green shadowing areas that blend beautifully on a white, 6 paneled glazed background. The crimped rim, elaborate side handle and a few gold gilt embellishments all adds additional elegance we adore in the RS Prussia craftsmanship.

Markings: RS Prussia with wreath mark. Appears to be green mark. Due to the fact the mark is worn, it cannot be determined if all green mark or red mark.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is consistent with age and normal use. Considered very good condition. No cracks or repairs. Clean with no staining. One area of roughness on the rim. An appearance of an 1/8" indentation on the back belly towards the bottom base (as shown). It appears this indentation is glazed over, therefore it may have been done during the making, although not 100% certain.
