Product Description:    Currier & Ives lithography prints were very popular in homes during the 19th century.  Currier & Ives 1861 “New England Winter Scene” painted by Geo. H Durrie is a favorite among many. This medium folio print is believed to be an older colored reproduction lithograph print of a wintry, snow farm scene.  Framed behind glass in a wonderful carved Adirondack criss cross frame, highlighted with a wooden carved leaf in each corner.  The lithograph has been left untouched and not removed from the frame.  The back of the frame and backboard shows some age along with two eyelets and a wire in place ready to be displayed.

Condition:  Previously owned - used. Good condition.  SFour leafs are held on strong.  Each may have been glued and nailed previously with touch up.  Cannot visually see without close inspection.   No cracks in glass.  On lithograph, some age with toning and/or discoloration around edges.  Small remnants noticeable in areas under glass, believed to be parts of the backboard.  Missing nails on back board causing looseness of top left corner.  Repair may be needed. Has been left untouched.  Lithograph was not removed to be examined any further.
