Antique Redware Apple Butter Pottery Crock 5" Southeastern Pennsylvania
Description: This Antique Redware Apple Butter Crock from the Southeastern Pennsylvania region stands just over 5 inches tall with a slightly bulbous form and a ½ inch rolled lip. The unglazed exterior and glazed dark brown interior showcases the originality of this handcrafted crockery jar. Although it’s not perfect with a 3 1/2” vertical hairline crack from the rim working downward, it still appears to be very strong and the character is superb to be displayed in a Country Primitive or could be mixed in with any style décor.
