Antique White Ironstone Cream Pitcher 7" Wheat & Clover by Turner & Tomkinson England
Description: A charming English White Ironstone Cream or Milk Pitcher from the mid to later 1800s by Turner & Tomkinson, Tunstall, England. Nicely shaped standing 7 inches tall with a Wheat and Clover pattern on a fluted, glazed body. Over 150 years old it does show some aging although, this piece is still functional and decorative. Would make a delightful flower vase or kitchen accent. It bears the Turner & Tomkinson mark on the base.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is consistent with age and use. No repairs. Not perfect. Although item has been lightly cleaned, there is aging and discoloration in some areas in the glaze. Light glaze roughness and discoloration around rim, base and thumb rest. Marks in glaze on inner spout. One 1 inch hairline in glaze in the center of the outer handle and one 1/4 inch on inside corner (as shown). No weakness in handle and does not interfere with the functionality. Please refer to photographs as they are part of the description. Due to age this creamer is not to be used for food use. Being sold as an accent piece and collectible.
