Returns

Zsinta's top priority is to assure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you find the item is not what was described in the listing, arrives damaged, or is faulty other than what is described in the listing, Zsinta will accept and offer a full refund on the item, purchased within 14 days from the purchase date.  For a damaged item, please refer to “Damaged Shipments” for additional instructions.  All items must be returned in their original packaging, paperwork and condition they were received.  In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, Zsinta must be notified within 14 days from the purchase date using any of the information listed on the "Contact Us" page.  Every effort possible will be made to ensure your satisfaction is met. 

Authenticity and Representation

All product in the Zsinta store is “used” and is not represented as "new" unless otherwise noted.  Every attempt is made to research thoroughly, take clear photographs, and accurately describe each product being sold on this website.  Most product is acquired from auctions and estate sales.  Prior to being offered, all product is carefully examined.  With this said, any chips, cracks, repairs or modifications known will be disclosed.  All inquiries are encouraged, to ensure confidence before placing an order. Not being experts on the product being sold, the buyer is responsible for carefully examining the photos, description, determining the value, and authenticity of the product. Any manufacture’s names, numbers, symbols or description is to be used for reference purposes only and does not imply that there is any representation of those items.

Damaged Shipments

Any product received that is damaged, must be reported along with pictures of the damaged product and carton to contact@zsinta.com within 5 days of receiving a shipment. Additional contact information is available under the “Contact Us” page.  Any requests after this date cannot be honored. Every effort is made to ensure that product is packaged properly to minimize damaged shipments.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds from returned goods will be completed within 5 working days once the item is received and evaluated, as long as all conditions under “Return Policy”, are met.  Refer to the "Returns" section for additional information.  There will be no refund if item has been modified in any way or not the original item which was shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If at any time you have not received notification that your refund has been received or accepted, please contact us by using any of the information on the “Contact Us” page.

Shipping Errors

Any errors due to shipping, such as but not limited to, incorrect product, shortage or damaged shipment, must be reported to Zsinta within 5 days from receiving product.  Every effort possibly will be made to assure satisfaction is met.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the nature of the product,  Zsinta cannot offer exchanges or store credits.
