Product Description:  Made in England, this Royal Doulton Figurine “Winsome”, designed by Peggy Davies is hand-painted with well-defined, realistic features covered with an overglaze. She is dressed in red holding her pastel blue hat with matching evening gloves. The Royal Doulton backstamp in green with an overglaze is located on the base.
