Crafted in Staffordshire, England in the Rose, Pansy, Forget Me Not pattern, #13424 features a white bone china base adorned with pink roses, yellow and purple pansies, and blue forget-me-not blossoms, accented with light blue trim. A charming collection of Shelley tea ware that will bring cottage garden charm to your home.
