Product Description: After the Civil War, manufactures in the United States began manufacturing cookie cutters similar to the style of those from Germany.  This early biscuit cutter features a rolled lip and a soldered handle and seam.  It offers a wonderful rich, dark patina with the company name "Fries" incised in the top handle.  

Circa:  Late 1800's - early 1900's
