Czechoslovakia Deco Yellow & White Ceramic Salt Box w/ Wooden Flip Top Lid

Product Description:  Add a splash of refreshing color to your kitchen with this wonderful Czechoslovakia yellow and white ceramic salt box.  From the Art Deco period, it offers a glazed surface with a wooden flip-top for easy access.  With the straight, flat back and mounting hole, it allows the flexibility to be hung on the wall or displayed sitting on your counter-top.

Condition:  Previously owned - used.  Condition is consistent with age.  Original lid hardware is still intact and fully functional.  Signs of wear on bottom base.  A nick in front-top lip, porcelain chip in front, top hole from hanging and minor surface wear.  The inside-bottom shows signs of pitting and some discoloration in the porcelain from age and normal use (as shown). Bottom has a 1” hairline (as shown), although does not go through to the inside and is not effecting the functionality of the piece. Still strong, durable and attractive.
