Crafted by Burgess & Goddard, Staffordshire, England, it features a smooth white surface with a decorative raised thumb rest and elegant embossed beaded bow and tassel motif behind the handle. Condition: Previously owned – used. Condition is consistent with age and normal use. Considered very good condition. Clean with no staining. Some light pinholes in glaze which are commonly seen in 19th century ironstone pottery. One 1/4" glaze crack to inner handle. Hard to detect. A few small deep scratches in glaze to interior glaze (as shown). Please refer to photographs for these minor issues.
