Antique DU BARRY PARIS Mother Of Pearl & Brass Opera Glasses Original Case - Needs Repair

Product Description: A stunning pair of antique Du Barry opera glasses with the original leather case which are in need of repair.  Gorgeous with the mother-of-pearl and gilt brass exterior body.  DU BARRY PARIS is incised on each eye cup.  The original leather case is line with blue silk on the interior bottom. Although one of the lens is missing behind the eye cup, with some repair they can be brought back to life.  May also be ideal as a photo prop or display collectible.

Circa:  Late 1800's

Dimensions:  2 1/2" H (fully extended including eye cup)  2" when closed (including eye cup).  4" W (at widest area).

Product Weight:  8.2 ounces

Condition:  Previously owned - used.  Missing a lens under one eye cup therefore the eye cup does not securely stay intact.  The brass shows wear.  The interior of the case has tears and is missing lining on the inside underneath portion of the lid. Missing clasp on front of case.  Exterior of case shows wear and the carrying strap is torn on one side.
