Antique Glass Doorknob Sets w/ Spindles, 12-pt - 5 Sets

Product Description:  Glass doorknobs go back as far as 1826 near the same time pressed glass molds were invented.  This is a grouping of 5 sets of 12-point, fluted glass doorknobs and spindles with a variety of length sizes and slight difference in styles. If you peek inside most of these sparkling knobs, there is a lovely rosette motif in the center.  A super collection for those restoration or crafting projects.

Condition:  Used.  Good Condition.  Patina, scratches and rubbing on most all sets.  No chips or cracks in the glass knobs.  Beautiful appearance.  One glass knob is a "spinner" and turns inside the metal shank even when the set screw is tighten.  This one most likely cannot be repaired. One glass knob from the shorter set is a somewhat cloudy at the base area, which gives it a slight, different appearance through the glass.  All are brass tone or cast brass with the exemption of one base which is a silver tone (as shown).  Cannot guarantee they have not be previously tampered with.
