Description: This hand-decorated 19th century Blue Feathered-Edge Platter on a creamy white background, is a timeless piece that will enhance any home. It features an impressed feathered edge, hand-decorated in blue with a glaze finish. To help date this platter, located on the back are three sets of spur marks in triangular form left by the supports during firing of the pottery, two on each back corner and one in the center on top. Simple yet striking, despite it shows its age with discolored all-over crazing, this platter is perfect for adding a touch of timeless appeal to your home.
