Description:  Consider this charming, white ironstone for your next tea gathering. From the 19th century by John Meir & Son Tunstall, England, this tea pot is rather large standing 9 ½” tall and can hold up to 8 cups of liquid.  Just beautiful with its glazed decagon paneled shape, fluted body and a flower shape finial. The “O” ring shaped handle is exceptional with a comfortable thumb rest. A simple, raised design is displayed on the top of the handle and on the inner and outer part of the spout. A few minor repairs, nicks and chips are noted under condition.  A hefty, classy piece of English white ironstone china which should not be overlooked.
