Description: 19th century handwoven basket in cylinder form with a single rectangular handle, likely crafted to be gripped by one hand while walking through fields, orchards or gardens. A beautiful piece of early Country Americana that would look special as a smaller floor accent at the corner of a hearth or accent table.
