Description:  John Mackintosh once marketed as the “Toffee King” sold his famous Old English Sweetmeat (Toffee) Candy in this tin. From the early 1900s it showcases early graphic advertising on four sides and the lid.  Although this advertising tin does show its age with wear and indentations, the back and two sides still retains most of its early graphics in green and red with a touch of cream and gold.
