Antique Nippon Chocolate Pot Set with 4 Cups and Saucers Pink Floral
Description: An exquisite porcelain Chocolate Pot Set with four matching cups and saucers by Nippon. From the early part of 1900's, each delicate piece is hand-painted with soft pink floral and blue top trim, thin gold bands and raised gold beaded gilded beads on top edge. This set possibly could also be used for a spot of tea or coffee. For collecting, the Nippon “M” Wreath mark in green is on the bottom of each piece. Van Patten’s #47. Beautiful set to own or give as a gift.
Care: Carefully only hand wash in warm water and mild detergent. Do not use microwave or hot water. Not dishwasher safe.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is consistent with age and use. Inside of all pieces are super clean. No color loss on pink flowers. Decorative and functional. Chocolate pot is free of any nicks, cracks, chips or repairs. Gold color ring on lid and towards upper body has some color loss in areas. Yellowing/discoloration on handle from use (as shown). All four cups are free of chips, nicks or cracks. One cup has gold loss in one section towards bottom (as shown). Two saucers have a tiny nick on the edge which are not easily seen. Original box is not included.
