Description: This mid-19th century White Ironstone Footed Sauce Tureen – No Lid, exudes sophistication. It showcases a fluted, paneled body with an octagonal base and rim enhanced by elegant scrolled handles. Despite the lid is missing and repair to handles, it remains an excellent decorative accent and still bears its impressed early registration mark on the base, confirming its authenticity.

Condition: Previously owned - used.  Condition is consistent with age and use. Thin repair to handle areas at creases. May have been loose later on and reinforced in place. No current signs of weakness. Two chips on inner round interior rim (¼” and 1/8”). Four additional nicks around same area. Remnants of a sticker on interior bottom which is not removable along with some minor glaze popping and/or pitting. Glaze scratch/crack on inner bottom base. Only appears to be in the glaze. Missing Lid. Being sold as a decorative accent. Not food use.
