Delft Blue Glazed Ceramic Tobacco Storage Jar with Brass Lid Amphora
Description: A beautifully decorated Glazed Ceramic Delft Blue Tobacco Storage Jar. In bulbous form, this piece is hand painted with a striking blue on a creamy white with a tobacco scene of two Native Americans smoking a pipe holding tobacco leaves with two ships in the distance. The brass lid rests nicely over the lip of the jar. It bears a blue painted: “Handpainted Delft Blue Holland” on the underside.
