Antique Theodore Haviland Porcelain Serving Platter Pink Rose Swag Limoges, France
Description: A charming porcelain serving platter or chop plate by Theodore Haviland Limoges, France. Beautifully decorated with a delicate swag of pink roses and green vines encircling the scalloped edge of the platter. Gentle, fluted inner edge with wavy embossments around the rim and a small circular rose and vine motif in the center. The gold gilt accents around the bump-out handles completes this beautiful piece.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is commensurate with age & use. Glaze is in excellent condition. Minimal light scratches on front which are a challenge to locate. Two pin-hole size pits in the glaze which has slightly discolored (shown). Some rubbing and wear on back footed ring. Light wear on back. In one area on back edge is a 1/2" indentation which appears to be glazed over (as shown). Please refer to photographs.
