Mid-Century Retro Brushed Aluminum Kitchen Canisters, Kromex Set of 4 c. 1950s

Description:  A classic set of mid-century aluminum kitchen canisters from the 1950’s.  Canisters similar to these were once popular in retail stores such as Sears and Montgomery Ward. This graduated set of 4 with round, black plastic lids and aluminum knobs are both functional and displays nicely with a retro feel. Each are dimensionally embossed: Flour, Sugar, Coffee and Tea with white lettering on black.

Condition: Previously owned - used.  Condition is consistent with age and use.  Overall good condition.  Scratches and blemishes on each canister, more on Flour. Inside is clean with light scratches and/or blemishes. One indentation on the coffee lid and 1/2" indentation on side of large Flour canister. White lettering is worn on the word Tea. Style of canisters do not all fit inside one another as a graduated set for storage purposes. They will however condense to two canisters by fitting the Tea and Coffee in the Sugar and Flour.
