Description: Vintage Cut Glass Salt & Pepper Shakers with Tray crafted by David Anderson, Norway. This set of two in a small size measuring 1 ¾ inches tall are crafted of cut glass with sterling silver (.925) and guilloché style enamel lids, presented on the original silver-plated tray. Inspired by nature, this enamel work is beautiful with white enamel showcasing pink roses, and green foliage. Kept in its original condition, this set showcases authentic period aging, a perfect addition to your salt & pepper collection.

Marks: Silver-plated Tray impressed with David Andersen (D-A) hallmark D-A60G, Lid: Sterling 925S Norway (impressed). The mark on sterling portion of lid can be seen clearer on pepper shaker. Salt lid is more of a challenge to read through the heavy patina. Silver-plated tray is tarnished with areas of oxidation.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is commensurate with age and use. Enamel work is in good condition. Tarnish – patina and some corrosion is present. Salt shaker has heavier tarnish with corrosion underneath lid. Lids screw-on properly. Silver-plated tray exhibits tarnish and areas of oxidation.
