Description: Earlier on, many serving trays were painted by artists and talented people and used for either serving drinks or appetizers or as a beautiful wall display. This one-of-a-kind painted black tray features a pretty, red and yellow floral and green foliage. In rather large, round form measuring 18 inches in diameter this decorative tray is highlighted with a gold painted, reticulated, filigree edging, which adds much elegance to the tray. It is wonderfully decorated, signed and hand-painted by Mabel Wells in the Pennsylvania Dutch Country, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is consistent with age and use. No dents or dings. Floral is vibrant. Light scratches on front and back. 1/8” black paint loss on back. A square blemish on black, front surface which appears to be caused by a sticker residue. Gold tone, reticulated edging is in good condition with very little color loss, if any.
