Vintage Grandmother's Flower Garden Quilt, Feedsack, Scalloped Border c. 1930's
Description: This 1930 – 1940’s Grandmother’s Flower Garden Quilt is refreshing and colorful. Made of cotton, most likely feedsack material, each hexagon flower is hand-pieced and stitched with solid and printed patchwork pieces, a thin batting and a solid off-white cotton backing. The lovely scalloped border edge in two-tone green is nothing but ordinary and will add style to your bed. A colorful quilt top, heavy enough for comfort. If you need a bit of color in your bedroom, consider this beautifully hand-made garden of hexies!

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is consistent with age and normal use. No tears or holes. All pieces are intact. Front is colorful with a few areas of light fading and spots. On the back, reverse side, there is areas of yellowing/staining, more so around the edges (as shown).
