Condition: Used. Condition is consistent with age and use. Chippy and weathered wooden frame. Excessive loss of original white paint. Wood is deteriorating in areas. One original window latch is broken and missing on top. Other is rusted. Thin cracks within glass. Approximately five cracks in glass; 2 ½” (top-right corner area), 4” above green leaf on right side, 3” diagonal in bottom corner, two small cracks in red tulip leaf, small crack in green leaf. With all of this said, still appears to be a solid window. Please refer to photographs.
