Antique White Ironstone Plates Set of 6 J. Wedgwood Staffordshire English Registry Mark
Product Description: A set of six white ironstone luncheon plates from the mid-1800s by J. (John) Wedgwood, Staffordshire, England. Embossed with a thin bands and five clusters of leaves and bud pattern outlining a 10-sided decagon shape plate. Each measure 9 ½” with one measuring 9 3/8” with a slightly concave center. Although each plate exhibits aging in the form of yellowing or browning in areas of the glaze, they still can add a certain charm when decorating your home. They bear the English Registry Mark on the back with Ironstone China J. Wedgwood.

Circa: Believed to be 1845-1857 (registry mark is not clear). Most likely around 1856.

Care: Hand wash only. Not suitable for oven or microwave use.
