19th Century Antique Stoneware Pottery Whiskey Jug 1 Gallon 10" Tall

Product Description: If you love the primitive look, this early stoneware pottery jug will make a statement in your kitchen or really any room. It stands 10 ¼” tall and weighs just under 6 pounds. Most likely once used as a whiskey jug, it has a comfortable 3 finger handle with the perfect amount of age darkening to display beautifully. If you collect stoneware jugs, this is a nice, simple specimen with character.

Condition:  Previously owned - used.  Condition is consistent with age and use. Some discoloration with spider cracks on bottom base. The cracks do not go through the pottery. No leaks at the bottom. Some light leakage when pouring around the base of the neck ring. Normal patina and discoloration due to age. Refer to photographs as they are part of the description.
