Antique Brown Glazed Stoneware Crock Jar 8 1/2" - No Lid
Description: In the earlier days, stoneware crocks similar to this one were often crafted and used for storing food such as butter or pickled vegetables. Showing some age, this hand-crafted, warm, brown glazed stoneware crock stands 8 ½ inches tall weighing 4 pounds 10 ounces with glaze on the exterior and interior. Although missing its lid, a gsimple yet functional early crock which is an excellent choice in any room.
Additional uses: Displaying vintage kitchen utensils or greenery.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is consistent with age and use. Fair condition. No holes in base or cracks. Nicks around lips with scrapes and glaze wear. Glaze skips near bottom with some imperfections, small bumps and light scratches around body and neck of crock.
