Product Description:   This vibrant Imari porcelain plate possibly from the Meiji Era, features vibrant orange-red, blue and greens with a scalloped rim.  The outer edge is filled with a variety of floral and geometric motifs, encompassing a medallion in the center with an orange bird and blue flower.  Three symbolic marks are located on the back with three blue bands encircling the footed rim.  Add an Imari plate to your table setting for a bit of history.

Circa:  Possibly late 1800's - early 1900's

Dimensions:  8 3/8" dia. x 1 1/2" H

Colors:  blue, white, green, orange-red and a touch of yellow and gold.  

Condition:  Previously owned - used.  Condition is consistent with age.  No chips or cracks.  Small glaze spots, contractions, 1 rust spot on front approximately 3/16" (as shown in photo).  5 small age rust spots on back (as shown in photo).  Signs off minor wear on the footed base.
