Description: This charming, white ironstone tea pot from the 19th century by T&R Boote of Staffordshire, England is simple yet sophisticated. In the Sydenham shape, standing 9 ¾ inches tall with lid, it showcases an octagonal form with eight paneled sides and a wavy, decorative border. A classy, 19th century tea pot that bears its English Registry Mark dating this piece Jun 21, 1854.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Over 170 years old. Considered very good condition. Water tested - no leaks. Solid piece of ironstone. Interior is clean with minor imperfections and/or glaze pops. Small 1/16" scrape on back lower belly. One 1/2" scratch or hairline crack at side of handle (as shown), which only appears to be in the glaze. No weakness. One small nick on inner rim. Please refer to photographs.
