Description: This slip decorated redware plate was hand-crafted in 1984 by Foltz Pottery, Reinholds, Pennsylvania. A 9 ½” collectible plate featuring a whimsical, golden-yellow teddy bear with a coordinating decorative border on brown, signed and dated by the artist, Ned Foltz on the unglazed back, confirming its authenticity.
